Best Regards, Gloria. Suggestion above was to make sure application was updated, I'm using: Microsoft Outlook for Mac version 16.13 1. Issue occurs in all Microsoft applications, I can use Outlook, some times I can attach attachments and email them, most of the time I get an error, only way around it is to restart my computer and that's only a temporary fix.
Only way I can view Microsoft Word or Excel files is to put them online in a One Drive and view from there. I didn't have these issues with Microsoft Office 2011. This has all occured since I upgraded to Microsoft Office 2016.
